The tabulation for project areas does not show a total for the green space required. Please advise if the total landscaping for the proposed project meets the zoning requirements. In reference to the tree types, it is recommended that the carrot wood trees suggested by the developer be changed to native trees sucb as mahogany, live oak, gumbo limbo, green or silver buttonwood trees. It would also be an enbanccrnent to 27th Avenue if the developer would include more. vegetation to the front of the property, particularly in the swale area to discourage parking. • In reference to the dumpster area, please ensure that the dumpster is sufficient for the size of the development, not visible from tiie street, and can be accessed by the service trucks without obstructing the Sidewalk.
