RESOLUTION NO.95_ 790
A RESOLUTION, WITH ATTACHMENTS, AUTHORIZING
THE PROPER OFFICIALS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
ACCEPT FIVE (5) DEEDS OF DEDICATION FOR
HIGHWAY PURPOSES AND APPROVING THE RECORDING
OF SAID DEEDS IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami requires certain property
for street widening purposes in the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, the City requested individual owners of
certain properties described herein to dedicate said land for
street widening purposes; and
WHEREAS, the owners executed Warranty Deeds conveying
said properties to the City of Miami; and
WHEREAS, said Warranty Deeds have been recorded in the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The proper officials of the City of Miami
are hereby authorized to accept the five (5) Deeds of Dedication
as listed below:

84150, party of the first part, and the CITY OF IVIIAMI, a Municipal corporation, a

north of and parallel with the centerline of N.W. 1 Street. Containing
approximately 139.1 square feet.
And the said party of the first part does hereby fully special warrant title to said
land, and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by,

RECOMMENDATION
It is respectfully recommended that the City Commission adopt the
attached resolution accepting five (5) Deeds of Dedication to the
City of Miami for Highway purposes and approving recording same
in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
BACKGROUND
The Department of Public Works, through its continuing efforts to
secure dedications of needed public right-of-way for future
widening of city streets, has received five (5) deeds of
dedication.
The department has reviewed these deeds, and has determined that
they are now in order for acceptance by the City Commission.
