Groundwater samples were collected on September 25 and 27, 1995. Prior to sampling, each
monitor well was purged of at least five well casing volumes, and purged further until pH,
temperature, and conductivity readings had stabilized. The samples were properly preserved and
transferred to Precision Environmental Laboratory, Inc., of Miramar, Florida, for analysis.
Preliminary laboratory data indicates that the subject property has not been environmentally
impacted within the surficial zone. However, tetrachloroethene was detected at 6.84 micrograms
per liter (µg/L) in DMMW-ID, located (off -site) adjacent to the out -parcel at the corner of N.W
7th Avenue and N.W. 69th Street. Laboratory data is attached.
We hope that this Phase II Environmental Assessment Status Report meets your current
requirements. If you have any questions or require additional clarification, please do not hesitate
to call.
Sincerely,
