A RESOLUTION, WITH ATTACHMENT, ACCEPTING THE CITY CLERK'S CERTIFICATION AND DECLARATION OF i THE ELECTION HELD ON JULY 27, 1995 IN WHICH CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS WERE ELECTED TO SERVE AS BOARD MEMBERS OF THE OVERTOWN ADVISORY BOARD. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The City Clerk's Certification and Declaration of the election held on July 27, 1995, attached hereto and made a part hereof, in which the following individuals were elected to serve as board members of the Overtown Advisory Board is hereby accepted: Rosa M. Voters were allowed to vote for either one, two, three or four Candidates of their choi There were a maximum of four choices allowed per ballot. Pursuant to Ordinance 11211, an election was held on July 27, 1995 for the selection of four members to the Overtown Advisory Board. Said election took place in the Overtown Advisory Board's Office, located at 1490 N.W. 3 Avenue from 2 p.m. until 6 p.m, The four individuals elected as members to the Overtown Advisory Board are Rosa M. Green, Rebecca Jeff, Trenese Turner and Mary Williams. The City Commission needs to accept the City Clerk's certificate of the above -stated election results and confirm the appointment of the four elected board members.
