HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-95-0413.1J-95-662 5/25/95 RESOLUTION NO. � � 13.1 A RESOLUTION, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, WITH SEVENTY V I NEIGHBORHOOD ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE PURPOSE OF IMPLEMENTING NEIGHBORHOOD ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT, SOCIAL SERVICES, AND HOUSING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS; ALLOCATING FUNDS, "T'HEREFOR., FROM THE TWENTY-FIRST (21) YEAR CONIRMUNI T Y DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT, EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT, AND HOUSING OPPORTUNITIES FOR PERSONS WITH AID$ FOR AMOUNT AS SPECIFIED HEREIN. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE Lt�M�i1��ISSiON OF THEE: CITY OF i°IIANI1, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Pre mble to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section. Section 2. The City Nianatger is hereby authorized' to execute individual contractual agreements, in a form acceptable to the City Attorney, with fifteen (15) CITY COMMISSION MEETING OF MAY 2 5 1995 Resolution No. �5- 413.1 i The herein authorization is further subject to compliance with all requirements that may be imposed by the City Attorney, including, but not limited to those prescribed by applicable City Charter and Code provisions. Neighborhood Economic Development Organi ations, for the purpose of implementing a Neighborhood Economic Development Program, subject to approval of each agency's Work Program, with funds therefor hereby allocated from the Twenty-first (21) Year Community Development Block Grant Program as follows: ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT 1.
