BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following individual is hereby appointed to serve as a member of the Code Enforcement Board to fill an unexpired vacancy scheduled to expire February 13, 1998: Appointee Nominated By Aose B. The following individual is hereby appointed to serve as an alternate member of the Code Enforcement Board to fill an unexpired vacancy scheduled to expire February 11, 1997: No Appointment made. At the present time there are three (3) vacancies on the Board. These vacancies have been created for the following reasons: Humberto Hernandez has resigned from the Board, effective March 17, 1995, Willard Hart was removed from the Board after three (3) consecutive absences and the term of Rose Pujol has expired. Listed below are the vacancies, terms and respective nominator for those positions which need to be filled at this time.
