Funds for this improvement are to be provided from the Capital Improvement Program, Project No. 331356, "Henderson Park Renovations." BACKGROUND The Department of Parks and Recreation has obtained community input as to the long term improvement needs of Henderson Park. Both staff and the community have placed resurfacing and installation at the basketball and tennis courts as high priority items for the park renovations. AAA Courts, Inc., located at 4730 S.W. 83 Terrace, Suite 102, Davie, Florida 33328, was the lowest responsive and responsible bidder to that competitive sealed bid. We therefore recommend authorization to procure the services of AAA Courts for resurfacing and installation at the basketball and tennis courts at this site.
