A RESOLUTION CLASSIFYING TWO (2) RUBBISH
TRUCKS AND FOUR (4) PICKUP TRUCKS AS CATEGORY
"A" SURPLUS STOCK, SHOULD SUCH VEHICLES
BECOME AVAILABLE; FURTHER STIPULATING THAT,
IN SUCH CASE, SAID VEHICLES SHALL BE DONATED
TO THE CITY OF SWEETWATER, FLORIDA, SUCH
DONATION TO BE VALID AND EFFECTIVE BETWEEN
FEBRUARY 9, 1995 AND FEBRUARY 8, 1996, UPON
THE EXECUTION OF THE APPROPRIATE RELEASE
DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Two (2) rubbish trucks and four (4) pickup
trucks are hereby classified as Category "A" surplus stock,
should such vehicles become available as surplus city stock.
Section 2. Within the period of February 9, 1995 and
February 8, 1996, said Category "A" surplus stock, if available,
is hereby donated, upon the execution of the appropriate release
documents, to the City of Sweetwater, Florida.
Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.

Dear Mr. Odic,
The City of Sweetwater would like to request the donation of a few
of the City of Miami surplus vehicles to be - used by the City of
Sweetwater Police, Public works and the Pauk a Recreation
Departments. we will assume any liability and full responsibility
for the said donated surplus vehicles.
The following are the requested surplus vehicles:
2 of the trash/rubbish trucks
4 of the pick up trucks Vah. Y 436A , Veh. 4 471A
Veh. # 472A , Veh. # 473A
Please advise at your earliest convenience the time of the City
Co=ission meeting and a copy of the agenda, so that corresponding
department heads make the necessary arraignments.
With this letter, I would also like to take this opportunity to
thank you and the City of Miami for all the cooperation you have
given the City of Sweetwater in the past.
