At the City Ccm fission meeting of December 1, 1994, the Commission continued this item and directed the administration to modify its original request to only allow "outside display and sales of boats, by Special Exception " within existing waterfront retail specialty shops. The Planning, DAlding and Zoning Depart=ent is recommending approval of -the above described modification finding that this will allow the proposed use within aetive PR Districts which already serve the public's waterfront specialty retail and recreation needs, while protecting other waterfront PR Districts from the potentially adverse effects such a use could pose to a passive watkxfrbnt park. 11247 0 APPLICANT APPLICATION DATE REQUEST/LOCATION REVISED PLANNING FACT SHEET City of Miami Planning, Building and Zoning Department.
