ORDINANCE NO. 11216
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 1 AND 6 OF
ORDINANCE NO. 111801 THE ANNUAL
APPROPRIATIONS ORDINANCE, ADOPTED SEPTEMBER
22, 1994,FOR FISCAL YEAR ENDING SEPTEMBER 30,
1995, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING A NEW
ENTERPRISE FUND ENTITLED "MARINE STADIUM
MARINA;" CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the City Commission adopted Ordinance No. 11180,
the annual appropriations ordinance, on September 22, 1994,
establishing revenue and appropriations in the City of Miami,
Florida for Fiscal. Year ending September 30, 1995; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission at its December 1, 1994
commission meeting passed Resolution No. 94-896 accepting the
City Manager's recommendation to begin operating the Virginia
Key Marina, effective immediately and renaming said facility
Marine Stadium Marina; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission approved an operating budget
for FY195 for said facility in the amount of $778,442;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:

Section 1. Section 1 of Ordinance No. 11180, adopted
September 22, 1994, the Annual Appropriations Ordinance for
Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1995 is hereby amended in the
following particulars:z/
"Section 1. The following appropriations are made for the
municipal operations of the City of Miami, Florida, for the
Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1995, including the payment
of principal and interest on all General Obligation Bonds:

Section 6. The above appropriations are made based on the
following sources of revenues for the 1994-95 Fiscal Year:

Total Enterprise Funds 58,311,661 $ 59,090,103

Section 2. If any section, part of sections, paragraph,
clause, phrase or word of the ordinance is declared invalid, the
remaining provision of this ordinance shall not be affected.
Section 3. All ordinances or part of ordinances insofar as
they are in conflict with provisions of this Ordinance are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty
(30) days after final reading and adoption thereof.

attached ordinance amending the FYI95 Annual Appropriations
ordinance b establishing a new Enterprise, Fund Entitled "Marine
Stadium Marna."
Background:
The City Commission at its December 1, 1994 Commission Meeting
passed Resolution No. 94-896 accepting the City Manager's
recommendation to operate the Virginia Key Marina and renaming
said facility I�Marine Stadium Marina." The Commission also
approved an operating budget for FYI95 in the amount of $778,442.
