*Conditions: 1) the depicted carrot wood trees should be
replaced with native trees such as live oaks, mahoganies, gumbo
limbos and green or silver buttonwood trees; 2) additional
native vegetation should be accommodated toward the front of
the property, facing S.W. 27th Avenue; said landscape should
specifically be placed in a manner to discourage parking in the
Swale area; and 3) the dumpster for the project should be of a
sufficent size to accommodate the density of the complex and
should be located so as to not be visible from the street and
in a manner in which it can be serviced.
