ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA, ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF
DISTRICT REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FROM R-4 MULTIFAMILY HIGH -
DENSITY RESIDENTIAL TO SD-6 CENTRAL
COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT FOR THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1744/56 NORTH BAYSHORE
DRIVE, 1783/95 NORTHEAST 4TH AVENUE AND 407
NORTHEAST 17TH TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND
BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE
NO. 23 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.

WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Board� meting of June 19,
1995, Item No. 3, following an a?ised hearing, adopted
Resolution No. ZB 66-95, by a s' 6-2) vote, RECOMMENDING
APPROVAL of a change of zonin ification, as hereinafter set

WHEREAS, the Cit o i s n, after careful consideration of
this matter, deems it i e and in the best interest of the
general welfare of the C of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THE ORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FL IDA:
