ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 5600-5664 WEST
FLAGLER STREET, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FROM RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL TO
GENERAL COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS;
INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS
ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A
REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
March 15, 1995, Item No. following an ad r ised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. P 12-95, by a vot of four to three
(4-3), thus constitut' g a enial of an am ent to the Future
Land Use Map o rdin�• ce No. 10544`,-�4 amended, the Miami
Comprehensive Nei h�a hood Plan 1989-2�A0, as hereinafter set
forth; and VV"
WHER S, notwithsta ding ,heA Planning Advisory Board's
recommendati , the City is i n, after careful consideration
of this matter, deems it arisable and in the best interest of
the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
grant this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No.
10544, as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan
1989-2000, is hereby amended by changing the land use designation
