ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY
AMENDING: SECTION 401, "SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT
REGULATIONS," TO AMEND THE R-2 TWO FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICT IN ORDER TO
DELETE THE PROVISION ALLOWING FOR LOTS WITH
MORE THAN FIVE THOUSAND SQUARE FEET, ONE
ADDITIONAL DWELLING UNIT FOR EACH TWO
THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SQUARE FEET, BY SPECIAL
EXCEPTION ONLY; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of January 18, 1995, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing
adopted Resolution No. PAB -95 by a vote of nine to ero (9-0),
RECOMMENDING APPROV of amending Ordinance 11000 as

Ordinance No. 11000 as he er set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the
Preamble to this Ordinance are hereby adopted by reference
thereto and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this
Section.
