ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF
ORDINANCE NO. 11000, AS AMENDED, THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
ARTICLE 4, SECTION 401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT
REGULATIONS, BY CHANGING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION FROM R-1 SINGLE FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL FOR
THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2190 SOUTHWEST 21ST
TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY
DESCRIBED HEREIN), EXCEPT FOR A 1' STRIP
ALONG THE NORTHERN AND EASTERN BOUNDARY
LINES; AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY
CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 39 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zo ng Board at its meeting of
January 23, 1995, Item , �llowing an advertised hearing,
adopted Resolutio No. Z 13 8, by a seven to ro (7-0) vote,

this change of zoning o cation as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE ITNORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings set forth in the
Preamble to this Ordinance are hereby adopted by reference hereto
and incorporated herein as if fully set forth in this Section.
