AND 1135-1145 NORTHWEST 41ST AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA (MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED ON EXHIBIT "A", ATTACHED HERETO AND MADE A PART HEREOF); AND BY MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE NO. 27 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
