ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING
THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE
NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
4101 NORTHWEST 11TH STREET AND 1135-1145
NORTHWEST 41ST AVENUE, BY CHANGING THE LAND
USE DESIGNATION FROM MEDIUM DENSITY
MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO GENERAL
COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE
TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
October 19, 1994, Iteo. 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopted Res t' �PAB 60-94, by a vote of eight to zero
(8-0 RE CO DIN DENIAL of an amendment t the Future Land Use
M of 0 in nce No. 10544, as amend t e Miami Comprehensive
Ne' orhood Plan 1989-2000, as �i fter set forth; and
WHEREAS, not 'thst d n e Planning Advisory Board's
recommendation, t it C ission, after careful consideration
of this matter, d ms t advisable and in the best interest of
the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
grant this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance
No. 10544, as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan
1989-2000, is hereby amended by changing the land use designation
