ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR
PROPERTIES FRONTING FLORIDA AVENUE FROM
MATILDA STREET TO MCDONALD STREET, EXCLUDING
KIRK MUNROE PARK, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE
DESIGNATION FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO
MEDIUM DENSITY MULTIFAMILY RESIDENTIAL;
MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL
OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED
AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.

WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
October 12, 1994, Item No. , following an adver ised hearing,
adopted by Resolutio No. PA 57-94, by a vote of s'x to two
(6-2), RECOMME IN NIAL f an amendment t t e Future Land Use
Map of Ordina c o. 44, as amended, the Miami Comprehensive
Neighborhoo P1 19 -2000, as h afte set forth; and
WHEREA , notwithstanding the `P1 nning Advisory Board's
re ommen ati n, the City Commis i after careful consideration
of hi matter, deems it vis le and in the best interest of
the g eral welfare o t ity of Miami and its inhabitants to
grant t is Comprehen iv P change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, T ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No. 10544,
as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000,
