AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2474 SOUTHWEST 27TH TERRACE BY ADDING THE SD-19 DESIGNATED F.A.R. OVERLAY DISTRICT AND DESIGNATING AN F.A.R. OF "0.5" TO THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of December 21, 1994, Item No. 4, following an advertised hearing, adopted by Resolution No. P 76-94, by a vote of nine to zero (9-0), RECOMMENDING AP AL of a modificati n of the zoning classification, as r er set forth; an WHEREAS, the y Commission, aftr a ful consideration of this m ter e s it advisable ih the best interest of the gener 1 w if a of the Cit Mi i and its inhabitants to grant this ning change a h ei f er set forth; NOW, TH EFORE, BE RD ED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Zoning Atlas of Ordinance No. 11000, as amended, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami, Florida, is hereby amended by adding the SD-19 Designated F.A.R. (Floor Area Ratio) Overlay District, designating an F.A.R. OF 110.51', to the property located at 2474 Southwest 27th Terrace, Miami, Florida, more particularly described as Lots 16 and 17 of Block 49 SILVER BLUFF ESTATES SECTION C, Plat Book 10 at page 65, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
