ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR
THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 3023-3025, 3027
AND 3031-3033 SOUTHWEST 22ND TERRACE, MIAMI,
FLORIDA, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION
FROM DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE
TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
November 16, 1994, Item No 2, following an advertised hearing,
adopted by Resolution PAB 65-94, by a vote f seven to one
(7-1), RECOMMEN G AL of an amendment to the u re Land Use

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
