ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN FOR
THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT 3001 AND 3019-3021
SOUTHWEST 22ND TERRACE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, BY
CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION FROM DUPLEX
RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL; MAKING
FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE TRANSMITTAL OF A
COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO AFFECTED AGENCIES;
CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND
SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning isory Board, at its meeting of
November 16, 1994, Item . 1� following an a ve tised hearing,
adopted by Resol ti n No. B 64-94, by to of seven to one
(7-1), RECOMMENDI ENIAL of an amendmen o the Future Land Use
Map of rdinan a 10544, as amend d he Miami Comprehensive
Neighbo o d Plan 1989-2000, i after set forth; and
WHER AS, notwithqtd' gi t Planning Advisory Board's
recommendation, the Cio 'son, after careful consideration
of this matter, deemsadvisable and in the best interest of
the general welfare of the City of Miami and its inhabitants to
grant this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No. 10544,
as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000,
is hereby amended by changing the land use designation from
