ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN, FOR
i THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3015-17 SOUTHWEST 22
TERRACE, BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION
FROM DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL TO RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; INSTRUCTING THE
TRANSMITTAL OF A COPY OF THIS ORDINANCE TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
December 21, 1994, Item No. 3, following an advertised hearing,
adopted by Resoluti n PAB 76-94, by a vo of nine to zero
(9-0), RECO D G DENI of an amendment t Future Land Use

the general welfare f th City of Miami and its inhabitants to
grant this Comprehensive Plan change as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Future Land Use Map of Ordinance No.
10544, as amended, the Miami Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan
1989-2000, is hereby amended by changing the land use designation
