HomeMy WebLinkAboutR-96-0879Ei A T J-96-1231 11/21/96 RESOLUTION NO. 9 6— 879 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AND CONFIRMING THE ELECTION OF CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS TO SERVE AS MEMBERS OF THE COCONUT GROVE PARKING ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The following individuals, submitted for consideration by the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce, are hereby appointed by Mayor Joe Carollo as members of the Coconut Grove Parking Advisory Committee, each to fill the remainder of unexpired terms ending July 26, 1997, or until the Mayor leaves office, whichever occurs first: i Bruce Wilson (At Large) Bruno Carnesella (Mayor Carollo) Robert Masrieh (Mayor Carollo) Section 2. The following individual, elected by the Off -Street Parking Authority, is hereby confirmed as a member of the Coconut Grove Parking i i Advisory Committee to serve a term expiring July 26, 1997: Ted Stahl (Off -Street Parking) I� Section 3. The members of this Committee advise and recommend appropriate expenditures fromt he Trust Fund to the Director of the Off -Street Parking Department. The enclosed list is comprised of these seven nominees with an indication of the three preferred candidates. We respectfully request your approval of these recommendations at your next meeting. cc: A.
