BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. Resolution No. 96-538, adopted July 11, 1996, is hereby amended in the following particulars:?/ 11Section1. All waivable fees permitted by the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as amended, in an amount not to exceed $5,000, are hereby waived for the soccer benefit, eendueted by World Vision Cup - Miami 196 Event, to be held at the Orange Bowl on Get-ebeE a November 26, 1996. * * * * * * It Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. Words and/or figures stricken through shall be deleted. Underscored words and/or figures shall be added. The herein waiver(s) is hereby conditioned upon the organizers (1) paying for all other necessary costs of City services and applicable fees associated with said event; (2) obtaining insurance to protect the City in the amount as prescribed by the City Manager or his designee; and (3) complying with all conditions and limitations as may be prescribed by the City Manager or his designee. Section 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption. Mr. Da Silva is requesting to change the date of the event in the. Resolution from October 2, 1996, to November 26, 1996, due to scheduling problems with team players involved in this event.
