CLARK BUILDING, LOCATED AT 1650 N.W. 37TH AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA, IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $8,600, ALLOCATING FUNDS THEREFOR FROM C.I.P. PROJECT 331310, INDEX CODE 3'193016650.83072. WHEREAS, the air conditioning unit in the Stephen P. Clark Building has not been functioning for approximately three years; and WHEREAS, the lack of air conditioning has made the building unusable for the persons in the neighborhood; and WHEREAS, it is recommended that an air conditioning unit be installed in said building; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OR THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preambles to this Resolution are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporated herein as if fuliyset forth in this Section. Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to install a now air conditioning unit in the Stephen P. Clark Building, located at 1650 N.W. 37th Avenge, Miami, Florida, in an amount not to exceed 68,,000, with fends therefor hereby aftcated from C,I.P.
