BA KGRO L : Due to circumstances beyond the control of the Police Department, the total expenditure for veterinary services for their horses were higher than expected. "They experienced xpe�rienced long term injuries and ilhmw, that could not be predicted. The additional funds wi11 carry them through the remainder of fiscal year 1995 - 1996. 96—
