WHEREAS, there are currently three (3) vacancies on the Historic and Environmental Preservation Board, which positions were formerly filled by Nancy Siemion (landscape architect), Jeanette Poole (real estate broker), and Michael Goldstein (business and finance or law); NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. BACKGROUND: The Historic and Environmental Preservation (HEPI Board has three (3) vacancies due to the expiration of the terms of of Nancy Siemion (landscape architect) and Jeanette Poole (real estate broker), and the resignation of Michael Goldstein (business finance or law). Members of the HEP Board must be experienced individuals representing specific professions related to the Board's responsibilities. Listed below are the names of persons who qualify for each category and who have submitted applications to the City Clerk for appointment to fill the vacancies on the Board.
