The Nuisance Abatement Board was created to resolve controversies over the existence of
public nuisances, such as violative use of property in Miami.
All five of the board's members have terms which expire May 5, 1996. Each mem6'er of the
Commission nominates one individual to said board. For your information, attached please
find a copy of the current membership of said board.
By copy of this memorandum, we are requesting that the Agenda Office place this issue on the
April 25, 1996 Commission agenda.
