A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DECISION OF THE
DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (DDA) BOARD OF
DIRECTORS TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT
WITH HINES INTEREST L.P. FOR LEASE OF NEW DDA
OFFICE SPACE, LOCATED ON THE 18TH FLOOR OF
THE FIRST UNION FINANCIAL CENTER, 200 SOUTH
BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, MIAMI, FLORIDA.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Miami City Commission hereby approves the
decision of the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Board of
Directors to enter into a lease agreement with Hines Interest,
L. P., for lease of new DDA office space, located on the 18th
floor of the First Union Financial Center, 200 South Biscayne
Boulevard, Miami, Florida.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately upon its adoption.

I would like to bring up as a pocket item on the May 23, 1996 Commission Meeting a resolution
of the board of directors of the Downtown Development Authority ("DDA"), City of Miami
authorizing the executive director to enter into a lease agreement with Hines Interest L.P. for the
purpose office space.
