FOR LEASE OF NEW DDA OFFICE SPACE, LOCATED ON THE 18TH FLOOR OF THE FIRST UNION FINANCIAL CENTER, 200 SOUTH BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, MIAMI, FLORIDA. i i BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. The Miami City Commission hereby approves the decision of the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) Board of Directors to enter into a lease agreement with Hines Interest, L. P., for lease of new DDA office space, located on the 18th floor of the First Union Financial Center, 200 South Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida. Section 2.
