Plummer The regular meetings of the Civil Service Board for the month of January are scheduled for January 2, 16, and 30, 1996. To ensure continuity in the seating of the new Board, it becomes essential that the appointments be made at the meeting of January 11 as it is the only regular Commission meeting scheduled for the month of January and the same date on which the terms of the current Board members expire. Additionally, the convening of the meeting of January 16, 1996 would not be adversely affected as we would have both elected and appointed members present at the meeting.
