Department of Conferences, Conventions REFERENCES : and Public Facilities ENc.LosuaEs The Miami Children's Centennial Project has reserved the Coconut Grove Convention Center for a "Stand for Children" rally on November 22, 1996. The Execir ive President, Charles 0gugua, on behalf of the various sponsors, has written to your office to request fee waivers from the City of Miami for the use of the Convention Center ,and for security costs. The estimated Coconut Grove Convention Center costs are as follows: West Court Rental: $2,000 Tables and Chairs 780 Cleaning Charges 270 Total $3,050 Representatives from this organization have requested an appearance before the City Commission on November 21 st to address the City Commission on behalf of their request for fee waivers for this event.
