AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION, FROM C-1 RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL TO C-2 LIBERAL COMMERCIAL, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 301-583 AND 300-598 NORTHWEST 54TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND BY MAKING ALL NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGES 13 AND 16 OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE. WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of July 17, 1996, Item No. 3, following an advertised public hearing, adopted by Resolution No. PAB 35/9�f�° by a vote of eight F? FE: to zero (8-0), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL # aChange of zoning classification, as hereinafter set forth;F"and WHEREAS, the City Commission, after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisable an`t1�\j7j `�.n the best interest of the \i general welfare of the City,.:of°°Miami`' and its inhabitants to grant this change of zoning classification as hereinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT,,C,On.
