Inc. for the development and operation of a botanical garden
atractlon on Watson Island, Mayor Carollo instructed the
administration that any projections for revenue for the first twenty
yearn, Including net profits, along with other neighborhood
c*n .ems should come back before the Commission at the end of
September. The'Mayor called a Special Commission Meeting
regarding the Parrot Jungle Development Project for September
16, 19S& at 6 p.m. The Mayor Instructed the Law Department to
send proposad contract to each Commissioner for review by late
Friday, September 13th and assures representatives of
homeowners groups that they will be provided copies of the
amended contract.
