AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY AMENDING ARTICLE 6, SECTION G20, "SD-20 EDGEWATER OVERLAY DISTRICT," TO ADD GROUND FLOOR OFFICE USES AS A CONDITIONAL PRINCIPAL USE BY CLASS II SPECIAL PERMIT, AND PROVIDE NEW PARKING AND NOTICE REQUIREMENTS FOR SAID USES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of April 23, 1996, Item No. 3, follotir� in advertised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 22--96 byla tEj of six to zero (6-0), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of amending Z ning Ordinance No. 11000 as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commi si after careful consideration of this matter, deems it advisab e and in the best interest of the general welfare of the Ci f Miami and its inhabitants to amend Ordinance No. 11000 as reinafter set forth; NOW, THEREFORE, I ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA Section e recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to t is 0 dinance are hereby adopted by reference thereto and incorporate erein as if fully set forth in this Section.
