Breathtaking displays will be mounted by both national and international exhibitors from Brazi
Colombia, Costa Rica, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay. Garde
experts of national and international acclaim will lecture, demonstrate and market merchandise f(
every garden, yard and home.
Entertainment will take place in a replicated Olympia Theatre. Performances will be Ballet Folklorico (
El Salvador, international music and dancing in native costume, storytelling and book reviews. Mo:
important will be a O and A time by locals of 100 years in age. Also featured will be historical videc
and lectures by noted historians.. Centennial score, Miami's Hot, written by Carolyn Davenport will b
performed.
Main speakers on Saturday, November 2nd will be Katy Moss Warner and Robert C. Thomas. N
Warner, serving as Honorary Horticulture Chairman for the flower show , is Director of Disney'
Horticulture and Environmental Initiative. Mr. Thomas, Founder and President, American Guild of Flow,
Arrangers, will conduct a floral design demonstration on Saturday and Sunday titled "Flowers that Sing
Top awards will be given for best in Horticulture, Artistic Design and Special Exhibits. This is a Standa
Flower Show as established by the National Council of State Garden Clubs, Inc. (NCSGC). Horticultu
and Design Schedules have been written by NCSGC finest experts. To receive copies of Schedule-
