BACKGROUND: The Historic and Environmental Preservation (HEP) Board has three (3) vacancies due to the expiration of the terms of of Nancy Siemion (landscape architect) and Jeanette Poole (real estate broker), and the resignation of Michael Goldstein (business finance or law). Members of the HEP Board must be experienced individuals representing specific professions related to the Board's responsibilities. Listed below are the names of persons who qualify for each category and who have submitted applications to the City Clerk for appointment to fill the vacancies on the Board. Because Board members must be appointed in these specific positions, the following categories for Commissioner Corollo and Commissioner Plummer, based upon previous appointments, are listed below.
