ORDINANCE NO.
AN -ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY
AMENDING SECTION 608, 11SD-8 DESIGN PLAZA
COMMERCIAL -RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT," TO MODIFY
REQUIREMENTS FOR MIXED USE PROJECTS WHICH
INCORPORATE A RESIDENTIAL COMPONENT; AND
SECTION 617, "SD-17 SOUTH BAYSHORE DRIVE
OVERLAY DISTRICT," TO MODIFY AND CLARIFY
HEIGHT LIMITATIONS; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Blind, at its meeting
of November 15, 1995, Item No. 6, fol owing an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. P -95, by a vote of
seven to zero (7-0), RECOMMENDING PP OVAL of amending Zoning
Ordinance No. 11000 as herei er forth; and
