AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATIONS OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 521-23-25- 27-35-45 NORTHWEST 23RD COURT, FROM DUPLEX RESIDENTIAL TO MULTI -FAMILY MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL; MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
