BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. On behalf of the citizens of the City of Miami, the City Commission hereby conveys to the family and friends of Rickia Issac its deepest sympathy and sincerest condolences upon her tragic and untimely death.
