A RESOLUTION APPOINTING AN INDIVIDUAL TO
SERVE AS AN ALTERNATE MEMBER OF THE CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD FOR A TERM AS DESIGNATED
HEREIN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following individual is hereby appointed
as an alternate member of the Code Enforcement Board to serve a
term as designated herein, or until the nominating commissioner
leaves office, whichever occurs first:

Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective

RECOMMENDATION:
It is respectfully requested that the City Commission appoint one (1) individual to serve
as an alternate member of the Code Enforcement Board for the term of office which
expires February 11, 1997.

Section 2-392 of the City Code provides for a Code Enforcement Board to enforce
technical codes of the City of Miami, which, whenever possible, shall consist of an
architect, a businessperson, an engineer, a general contractor, a subcontractor or a realtor.
At the present time there is one (1) vacancy on the Board which is the appointment of
Commissioner Humberto Hernandez.
