Under the parameters of F.S. 286.011(8) (1995), the City of .Miami Commission immediately thereafter shall announce the com-' mencement of an attorney -client session, closed to the public, for purposes of discussing pending litigation, including strategy and settlement discussions, -(Pottinger et al vs. City o Miami) to which the City , is presently a party. The closed door session will conclude at approximately 9:00 a.m. and will be attended by Honorable Mayor Joe Carollo, Vice -Mayor Tomas' Regalado, Commissioner J.L. Plummer, Jr.., .Commissioner Wifredo Gort, Commissioner Thelma V.A. Gibson, the City Manager Edward Marquez, City Attorney A.
