I have also enclosed copies of Workshop Fair Bulletins which explain the type of work the CIC performs to help the low income areas. Please be advised that the above referenced item must be included in the july loth commission meeting and approved. I am very diss- appointed with City of Miami NET Office and their lack of cooperation in this matter. The $17,400.00 price we are paying the City for the 5 lots is most probably the most the City could expect. Our program will insure that 5 single family homes are produced for familys that want to reside in the Browrisville-Liberty City area. The homes would generate real estate tax income to the City and will help in the urban renewal of area. Please expedite this matter so that it will be included and approved at the City of Miami Commission meeting of July 10, 1997. V y truly yours, ,,,,Jack Arias Site Selection Committee Chairman 97- 510 OCEANMARK BANK • 3845-49 N.E. 163rd Street • N.
