ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING PAGE NO. 34 OF THE
ZONING ATLAS OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA,
BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM R-
2 TWO-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 2600-2602 NORTHWEST 3rd STREET;
MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Zoning Boa its meeting of
June 2, 1997, Item No. 2, followi advertised hearing,
adopted Resolution No. ZB 55-97, by Bop
ix to zero (6-0) vote,
RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of a ch a of zoning classification, as
hereinafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City C 94
i ion, after careful consideration of
this matter, deems it advi ble and in the best interest of the
general welfare of th V ty of Miami and its inhabitants to grant
this change of zo*nt djWsification as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE IT ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA:
