ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP
OF THE COMPREHENSIVE NEIGHBORHOOD PLAN BY
CHANGING THE LAND USE DESIGNATION OF THE
PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2600 and
2602 NORTHWEST 3RD STREET, FROM "DUPLEX
RESIDENTIAL" TO "RESTRICTED COMMERCIAL".;
MAKING FINDINGS; DIRECTING TRANSMITTALS TO
AFFECTED AGENCIES; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of
May 21, 1997, Item No. 1, following an advertised hearing,
adopted by Resolution No. PAB 40-97, by a vote of ive to zero
(5-0), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of an amendment to th ture Land
Use Map of Ordinance No. 10544, as ame ed�, the Miami
Comprehensive Neighborhood Plan 1989-2000, as hereinafter set
forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Commission, after[

this matter, deems it advisa a an he best interest of the
general welfare of the City of Mia i nd its inhabitants to grant
this Comprehensive Plan cha as hereinafter set forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE 0A D BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
