Re: Item 95-302 - To be placed on City
of Miami Commission Meeting for approval
of extension.
Dear Mr Marquez;
Please place the above referenced item into the next City of Miami
Commission meeting.
I have been talking with Mr Elbert Waters of NET regarding the sale
of 5 lots by the City of Miami to our group with the condition that
we turn them over to Habitat for Uumanity so that five Habitat homes
could be built in the Brownsville area for .low income fam.ilys.
The resolution originally approved the sale of the lots to Habitat but
Habitat did not have the funding ready at that time.
You can check with Mr Waters of your City of Miami NET for additional
clarification.
Thank ,you for your help and kind considerations in this matter. Please
advise. please contact me at 954-920-9530.
Truly yours
