ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE BY AMENDING ARTICLE 4, SECTION
401, SCHEDULE OF DISTRICT REGULATIONS, C-2
LIBERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICT, TO CLARIFY
THAT RESIDENTIAL USES ARE CONDITIONALLY
PERMISSIBLE; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory q3 ard, �pt its meeting of
April 30, 1997, Item No. 3, following an advertjselt-keci&i , adopted Resolution
No. PAB-30-97 by a vote of five to zero (5-0),,RECOPMENDING APPROVAL of
amending Zoning Ordinance No. 11000 her�,inafter set forth; and
WHEREAS, the City Comm, �'tfter careful consideration of this
