ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS BY
CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION, FROM G/I
GOVERNMENT INSTITUTIONAL TO C-1 RESTRICTED
COMMERCIAL, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT
APPROXIMATELY 2200 WEST FLAGLER AND 2326
SOUTHWEST 1ST STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; AND BY
MAKING ALL THE NECESSARY CHANGES ON PAGE 34
OF SAID ZONING ATLAS; CONTAINING A REPEALER
PROVISION AND A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board,jaitf.s meeting of
April 30, 1997, Item No. 7, following ed hearing,
adopted by Resolution No. PAB 34-97, by ofour to one
(4-1), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL of /a, \ change of zoning
classification, as hereinafter set-fi\rkh
WHEREAS, the City Commission, afnNr careful consideration of
this matter, and withstanding e ecommendation of the Planning
Advisory Board, deems it ad is e and in the best interest of
the general welfare of th City o Miami and its inhabitants to
grant this change o4oni,/ classification as hereinafter set
forth;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE f� ORDAINED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORI
