PLEASE ALL TAKE NOTICE THAT the meeting of the City of Miami Commission scheduled for
Thursday, March 20, 1997 will convene at 9:00 a.m., in the Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133. Under the parameters of F.S. 286.011(8) [1995], the
person chairing the City of Miami Commission meeting immediately thereafter will announce the
commencement of an attorney -client session, closed to the public, for purposes of discussing
pending litigation (PULSE et al. vs. City of Miami et al.) to which the City and City Commission
are presently parties. The closed oor session Will a attended by the Honorable Mayor and
members of the City Commission, the City Manager, City Attorney and counsel for each of the
City Commissioners. A certified court reporter will be present to ensure that the session is fully
transcribed and said transcript shall be made public upon the conclusion of the above cited,
