ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE BY
AMENDING SECTION 1511 ENTITLED "CLASS II
SPECIAL PERMIT REQUIRED FOR ANY DEVELOPMENT
BETWEEN BISCAYNE BAY AND THE FIRST DEDICATED
RIGHT-OF-WAY," TO INCLUDE PROPOSALS FOR
DEVELOPMENT BETWEEN THE MIAMI RIVER AND THE
FIRST DEDICATED RIGHT-OF-WAY UNDER SUCH SCOPE
OF REVIEW; CONTAINING A REPEALER PROVISION
AND SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting
of November 20, 1996, Item No. 8, following an advertised
hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 61-96 by a vote of
five to zero (5-0), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL-' of amending Zoning
Ordinance No. 11000 as hereinafter set.ky-forth;%Iand

thereto and incorp 'ted herein as if fully set forth in this
Section.
