BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. An amount not to exceed $18,000 is hereby allocated from Special Programs and Accounts, Account No. 820101.250, for payment of compensation to Special Counsel, including any required related litigation services, for the Nuisance Abatement Board.11 Section 2. The services of special counsel as legal advisor to the Nuisance Abatement Board are required as the City Attorney cannot represent and prosecute code violations before the Nuisance Abatement Board. Funds for said compensation are available from Fiscal Year `98-99 budgeted funds of Special Programs and Accounts, Account No. 820101.250. The compensation is payable as earned during the period of such counsel's employment.
